About the 2012 Compliance Supervisory Perspectives Seminar Series

This one day training event will include:

  • An update on recent regulatory changes, anticipated final rules and pending proposals;
  • A discussion of compliance risk management best practices;
  • An overview of Unfair and Deceptive and Abusive Acts or Practices (UDAAP) requirements and common areas of high risk exposure; and
  • A choice of two, one-hour breakout sessions covering:
    • Common compliance concerns in residential real estate lending;
    • Fair lending trends, supervisory concerns and risk assessments; and
    • Techniques for proactively monitoring and managing a bank’s CRA performance.

Registration information
The seminars begin at 9 a.m. and will conclude by 3:30 p.m. A continental breakfast will be available at 8:30 a.m. and lunch will be provided at all locations.

The seminars are offered at no charge, although registration is required. You may enroll as many staff as you wish. When registering, please submit topic related questions that you would like us to address during the seminar. All questions will be answered anonymously. Seats will be filled in the order of enrollment.

Invitations will be mailed in August. The registration deadline for all seminars is Sept. 14, 2012.
