To keep our customers current about what’s happening with the USAccess program the GSA MSO distributes the Blue Top twice monthly newsletter. The Blue Top communicates important service enhancements, discusses current program events, provides updates to the USAccess Credential Center footprint, publicizes the instructor led classroom, Refresher training schedules, and delivers Tips for helping customers run their programs. Newsletters are archived to the Agency Lead Portal after 3 months.
