Regional Mortgage Conditions
The Regional Mortgage Conditions utility presents analysis of the housing market in the tri-state region from January 2007 through March 2012. Zip code level data are available for New York City, Long Island and parts of northern New Jersey. Users can view the graphical analysis on a county-by-county basis and watch an animated timeline of how mortgage conditions changed during that period. The interactive map provides information about the percentage of loans in foreclosure, as well as those that are 60 days and 90 days or more delinquent.
