Please Note:The DLA Human Resources Services located in Columbus, Ohio, is the custodian of human resources related records, both in paper and electronic form, required to administer programs as governed by the Office of Personnel Management (OPM). Employees may view records pertaining to their career through two on-line applications, the HR Self Service (MyBiz/MyWorkplace) and the Electronic Official Personnel Folder (EOPF). If there are questions regarding the content of those records please contact your DLA Human Resources Services Customer Account Teams.

USA Staffing
USA Staffing is an Office of Personnel Management owned recruitment application now used to fill all DLA jobs replacing the Automated Staffing Program (ASP). Visit this site to learn about what you can do to prepare to apply for future vacancies using the system.

Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS)
Department of Defense Human Resources (HR) information system to process personnel actions and maintain workforce data.

Electronic Official Personnel Folder (EOPF)
Human Resource offices are required to maintain a file of personnel action related documents for every active civilian employee. If you are a civilian employee serviced for Human Resource programs by the Defense Logistics Agency, an account has been established for you and you may access it through this program.

Employee Benefits Information System (EBIS)
The Employee Benefits Information System (EBIS) is the latest automated tool created to provide 24 hour access to information you need about programs such as health benefits, life insurance, retirement, and the Thrift Savings plan.

Fourth Estate Personnel Accountability and Assessment (FEPAAS)
FEPAAS is used by employees and managers to account for DLA staff and overseas contractors during an emergency such as a hurricane. DLA employees can review, view training materials, and update emergency contact information. Supervisors may access the system to view employee contact information.

HR Self Service (My Biz/My Workplace)
An exciting new web-based Oracle Self Service application within the Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS) that allows you to access and view your personnel information 24 hours a day/7 days a week.

Learning Management System (LMS)
LMS is a commercial off-the-shelf software package that provides one-stop capabilities for employees and supervisors to better manage the entire spectrum of learning from planning to learning event execution within a single environment. The LMS gives DLA the ability to create and deliver training content through e-learning within the automated system. These systems will allow users to schedule instruction, store training information, and automate Individual Development Plans (IDPs).

The Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) website for employee pay information. With your account you can view, print, and save leave and earnings statements, view and print tax statements, change federal and state withholdings, manage your allotments, and make address changes,and more

Position Description Library (must use your CAC to access)
The DLA Position Description Library search tool. This tool will allow you to search for DLA position descriptions by items such as series, grade, and title.

RPA Tracker
The RPA tracker allows users to view the status of Requests for Personnel Action that have been created within the Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS).

Employment Verification Services
DLA employees have a choice of automated tools available to meet provider requests for employment and salary verification.

• Employee Verification Tool: Employment Verification (EV) is a “My Biz” tool that allows employees to email employment and/or salary information to an external organization (business, bank, credit union) directly from the Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS)–via secure internet!

• The TALX system is currently not available for DoD employees. Please use the EV tool identified above.
