Deadline Approaching for Haiti TPS

Just a reminder that Tuesday, January 18 is the deadline for eligible Haitians to register for Temporary Protected Status (TPS). For more details, see our website.

How is it that Haitians can allowed in this country faster than a USC family member. Last I read it was almost 55,000 Haitians. Yes, I do feel for their situation but our priorities are screwed up.

I believe in most problems that put a country poor or wurst if it was already in bad condition,is that anytime their leaders like:commendant in chief or prime ministers,those peoples,once they have problems in their countries,they would ask to be exiled with all that country's assets which of the last one would leave country flat broke.they should stay in home country where they could have security and,their country's money didn't have to go to other countries.

I am Haitian and I am living in US. I came here after the earthquake by the US Army. I apply for TPS.do you think I can travel from the US to Haiti? How can I have my green card?
