USA Staffing is a recruitment application owned by the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) and currently used by DLA to do external hiring.  Starting August 16, 2010, all DLA positions will be filled using USA Staffing, replacing the Automated Staffing Program (ASP).

USA Staffing is integrated with USAJOBS, another OPM application used by DLA to post job opportunity announcements.  Employees are encouraged to establish USAJOBS accounts and create a resume, which can then be used within the Application Manager (the applicant portion of USA Staffing) at a later point to apply for jobs.    Employees can copy their resume from existing ASP accounts and paste information into the USAJOBS resume builder.   For jobs announced on or after August 16th, individual Job Opportunity Announcements will have application instructions and direct links to the Application Manager.
