I ENTERED THE AIRSPACE OF USA ON JANUARY 21 AND PASSED THE IMMIGRATION ON JANUARY 22,CAN I FILL THE TPS FORM?
MAY YOU PLEASE HELP THE OTHER PEOPLE CAME IN THE U.S.A. AFTER JANUARY 12,2010? BECAUSE,SOME PEOPLE HAD VISA,AND IT EXPIRED,THEY CAN NOT WORK AND GO TO SCHOOL OR COLLEGE.
IF YOU HAVE OBTAINED A VALID VISA AND IT EXPIRES NEXT YEAR BUT YOU ENTERED THE USA AFTER JANUARY 12 AND YOU APPLIED FOR THE TPS MY QUESTION IS CAN YOU STILL RETURN TO HAITI AND COME BACK?
I HAVE BEEN APPROVED FOR A GREEN CARD BUT SINCE I'M FROM HAITI INS WANT ME TO APPLY FOR FORM I-485 TO GET TO STAY IN THE USA AND WAIT FOR MY GREEN CARD WICH IS A LOT OF MONEY TO COME UP WITH NOW, I NEED TO STUDY BUT WITHOUT A SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER I WONT GET ANYWHERE, NOW MY QUESTION IS CAN I APPLY FOR THE TPS? WILL IT GET IN THE WAY OF ME GETTING A GREEN CARD?
I ALREADY HAVE A NON IMMIGRANT VISA B1/B2 BUT MY SISTER FILL A PETITION FOR ME , SOMEONE TOLD ME IT COULD TAKE LONGER TO GET THE GREEN CARD WHAT SHOULD I DO IN THAT CASE. CAUSE IT IS VERY HARD FOR ME TO GO BACK IN HAITI
I believe you still can as long as your green card is still valid.
I feel for the people of Haiti, it was a disaster, and it will be a long time before the nation is rebuilt. I am disappointed that USA has not acted to help Pakistan. They have had the worst natural disaster a nation can have in 50+ years, and yet to this day, as I type this, the people of that nation are still waiting for the water to reside. People are still stuck in the water, or are surrounded by the water, or are dying because of the lack of relief. It stunned me when the media lacked coverage of the disaster and exposure for help to be sent to the nation. On the other hand the U.S. media and government exposed Haiti to the fullest, and offered relief within a month of the disaster. Why have they not offered this same relief to Pakistan? I don't understand this. Someone please explain.
2 year olds when I left Pakistan, and now the U.S. is kicking me out of the country for criminal activity committed before September 11th and new Immigration regulations. Outraged.
I'm a 8 yrs US citizen boy with multiple health issues :Such as (sickle cell disease,asthma,multiple allergies(food and environmental) and gastritis).I'm very heal My mom and my dad are my only hope after God.They contibute alot to my health crisis.But onething that traumatize me the most is that, they are undocumented and Uscis Can deport them any time they want to.Can you help me with this dilemma please?
