Recognizing that communities can take a number of intergenerational pathways to enhance their livability, all conference educational opportunities will be divided into seven pathways:

- Strengthening the Intergenerational Workplace
- Strengthening the Intergenerational Compact
- Strengthening Cultural Identities
- Strengthening Families
- Strengthening the Individual
