Policy and Adjudicaton

The Policy and Adjudication organization is led by the Deputy Chief Counsel and is comprised of three major divisions and several staff organizations. The staff predominantly provides legal services in support of Agency headquarter functions and activities. The major practice areas include litigation, procurement and fiscal law, regulations, legislation and government affairs, and international law. Other critical program areas supported by this organization are the civil penalty adjudication program, dispute resolution and adjudication program related to acquisition, the alternative dispute resolution program, and the agency ethics program.
