2009-2013 NPIAS Report

The Secretary of Transportation transmitted the 2009-2013 National Plan of Integrated Airport Systems (NPIAS) to Congress on September 30, 2008. The AIP-eligible development needs identified in this report were compiled as of December 2007 with selected updates through February 2008. The 5-year development totals shown in Appendix A will be used for calculation of FY 2009 and FY 2010 nonprimary entitlements.
