We are our own worst enemy. Smoking, prescription and over-the-counter drug use or abuse, and alcohol are but a few of the self-imposed stresses aviators may encounter. Realizing we are not at our best and electing not to fly can be a life saver. This video examines the potential self-imposed stresses aviators are likely to encounter, along with their subsequent impact on pilot performance. Advice is given on counter measures to help us to "get back to normal."
