Travelers with Disabilities and Medical Conditions
Instead of just linking right to the card, I think we discussed it coming to a page with some narrative which then led you to the card. Suggested:
Passengers with disabilities and medical conditions are not required to provide medical documentation to an officer. However, many passengers find it helpful to have medical documentation as a way to discreetly communicate information about their needs to an officer. TSA also has created a Notification Card that passengers can use for discreet communication. Use of this Notification Card, or of medical documentation, does not exempt a passenger from screening, however.
