Police ID Va. trooper killed at State Fair
A Virginia state trooper was killed when he was struck by an SUV while working a special assignment at the State Fair of Virginia. He has been identified as Trooper Andrew D. Fox, 27, a Tazewell County native and Virginia Tech graduate.
