Protecting Your Personal Information Online
Before logging in to myPay or any online account, you should take the following steps to protect yourself:

1. Don’t use public computers, such as libraries or Internet kiosks, to access your private and financial information.

2. If you absolutely need to use a public WIFI network, make sure you are using the one that belongs to the business or library where you’re located. Use the virtual keyboard and position yourself where others cannot see you type or read your screen.

3. Use your own computer and network, making sure that your operating system, antivirus and firewall protection are up to date.

4. If you have a DoD Common Access Card (CAC) or HHS Personal Identification Verification (PIV) card, use the SmartCard Login feature. You won’t have to enter a login ID and password, and your information will be encrypted by the DoD or HHS network.

Pay to Go Electronic by March 1, 2013
A Treasury mandate requires us to pay our customers by electronic funds transfer beginning March 1, 2013. Most military members, retirees and civilian employees getting paper checks will have to set up direct deposit. Get ahead of the rush. Start direct deposit now. Open Season
The 2012 Federal Benefits Open Season (a Federal employee’s opportunity to make changes to or enroll in the Federal Flexible Spending Account Program, the Federal Employees Dental and Vision Insurance Program, and/or the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program) is November 12th through December 10th.

Employees may participate in three informational webcasts, featuring an explanatory PowerPoint presentation and a LIVE question and answer session with subject matter experts.

myPay Interactive Phone Service to End
Due to low usage, the myPay Interactive Voice Response System (IVR) will no longer be available beginning Oct. 1, 2012. However, all of the phone system options are available right here on this website. If you've never used this site, please click "Guidance for New Users" for help getting started.
