In accordance with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, DFAS is committed to ensuring that myPay functionality and content is accessible to all myPay customers, where at all possible.

Below are a few links that provide some tips and useful information about myPay accessibility:

1. Accessing your financial information in myPay requires the use of a Login ID and Password. You can enter your Password using a text box or with the On-Screen Keyboard. The On-Screen Keyboard is designed to protect your data from potential malicious intent (e.g., keystroke logging). We have provided detailed login instructions to assist those users who navigate without the use of a mouse. Click here to read login instructions using myPay’s On-Screen Keyboard without a mouse

2. myPay allows you to print and save Leave and Earnings Statements (LES) to your computer. We have provided instructions explaining the steps necessary to print and save the LES without the use of a mouse. Click here to read instructions for printing and saving the LES without a mouse

3. If access to myPay functions remains problematic, customers using assistive technology may call the DFAS Customer Service Contact Center at 1-888-DFAS411 (1-888-332-7411) for further assistance and for individualized attention, if needed.
