Be a Junior Ranger

![]() Just like park rangers, junior rangers are important people who help preserve and protect Lassen Volcanic National park and all its features for present and future generations. To become a Junior Ranger you can download the Junior Ranger booklet (1.4 MB) or pick one up in person at the Loomis Museum or Kohm Yah-mah-nee Visitor Center. Once you have completed the booklet, you can turn it in to a ranger at a park visitor center or mail it Kohm-Yah-mah-nee Visitor Center, Lassen Volcanic National Park, P.O. Box 100, Mineral, CA 96063. You will receive a Junior Ranger certificate and patch for your hard work and dedication to the park! ![]() Green Junior Rangers Program ![]() Web Rangers |

The Lassen Volcanic National Park Main Park Road can open as early as May 10th and as late as mid-July depending on how much snow falls during the winter.
