The Defense Commissary Agency Web Pricing System is an electronic, user friendly method of submitting price changes for individual line items via the Internet
An overview of the web pricing system is provided at https://www.commissaries.com/webpricing/index.html. In order to use the system you must have a User ID and password. This will be assigned to your company once the registration form is completed.
The completed Web Pricing Registration Form may be faxed or e-mailed to Shirley Smith (804) 734-8000, extension 4-8312.
Vendors who submit pricing via Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) may log onto the web system to view their submissions on their spreadsheets. You must also be registered.
Deadlines for submissions of prices and the effective dates of your prices should be identified in your contract/agreement.
