Today is the second day of the U.S. Conference on AIDS and HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius will be speaking at the lunch-time plenary session. Thi is very good and of a great relief may God continue to give this Government more time in the office so that all the planned reforms are executed .
At least these will reduce negligency by some health workers who were cruel towards people living with HIV virus.
