If you have ever been charged with or convicted of any sex offense and/or any kidnapping offense, or an attempt or conspiracy of such offense, under any State, Municipal, Federal, or Tribal law, you must report to the Kalispel Tribal Public Safety Building/Police Department immediately upon entering Kalispel Tribal Property. Failure to do so may result in criminal charges against you.

This Website is provided as a public service by Kalispel Tribe of Indians. Using this Website, interested members of the public have access to and may search the Website public information regarding the presence or location of offenders who, in most cases, have been convicted of sexually violent offenses against adults and children and certain sexual contact and other crimes against victims who are minors.
