Federal Register Notice: June 13, 2007 12-Month Finding for a Petition to List the Colorado River Cutthroat Trout as Threatened or Endangered (difference from notice below)

 

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is conducting a status review for Colorado River cutthroat trout.  We are accepting public comment until January 8, 2007.  For details see documents below.


The U. S. Fish and Wildlife Service has concluded that a petition to list the Colorado River cutthroat trout as threatened or endangered under the Endangered Species Act does not provide substantial information to indicate that a listing may be warranted at this time.  This finding was published in the Federal Register on April 20, 2004.
