BodyScouting Report: J. B. Shugarts has a great frame and will only continue to get bigger and better. He's a very athletic player who has played both tight end and tackle, but he is clearly a tackle at the next level. J.B. utilizes his outstanding footwork in space, and gets to the second and third levels quickly. He plays the game with passion and grit, and always finishes his blocks. Once he focuses on one position in college, his upside is tremendous. Statistics/Personal: Shugarts earned first team All-District honors as a sophomore. As a junior, he earned All-Greater Houston honors. He added Scout.com All-Combine First Team honors after impressing the Scouts at the U.S. Army Junior Combine. He benches 340 pounds, squats 425 and has a 27 1/2-inch vertical jump. College: Committed to Ohio State
