Interagency Committee on Smoking and Health
The Interagency Committee on Smoking and Health (ICSH), established on April 19, 1985, coordinates Department of Health and Human Services' (HHS) research, educational programs, and other smoking and health efforts with similar activities of other federal, state, local, and private agencies.
