Soil makes our lives possible.
We build on soil, play on it, drive on it, eat food grown in or raised on soil, take medicines from it, wear clothes we wouldn’t have without soil, and so much more. The entire earth-- every ecosystem, every living organism-- is dependent upon soil.
This simple, yet powerful message is why the Soil Science Society of America is sponsoring the unique exhibit, "Dig It! The Secrets of Soil" and proud to reveal the newest location, later this year.
