Coordinated School Health: Physical Activity, Nutrition, & Tobacco
CDC provides funding for state and territorial education agencies and tribal governments to help school districts and schools implement a coordinated school health program (CSHP), and, through this approach, increase effectiveness of policies, programs, and practices to promote physical activity, nutrition, and tobacco-use prevention among students.
