NRC's Regional Office in Arlington (Region IV) is responsible for carrying out the agency's duties in New Mexico. No operating nuclear reactors or fuel cycle facilities other than mills are located in New Mexico. However, Louisiana Energy Services is currently constructing a Gas Centrifuge Uranium Enrichment Facility in Eunice, NM. New Mexico is an Agreement State.
