Mid-Atlantic Region Buildings
The Mid-Atlantic Region 3 is home to more than 87 federally owned buildings, as well as 681 leased regional facilities. GSA's Mid-Atlantic Region manages nearly 34 million square feet of government owned and leased space. Please follow the state links for a listing of significant GSA owned and operated buildings in the region:
- Delaware
- Maryland (excluding Montgomery and Prince George's counties*)
- New Jersey (southern)
- Pennsylvania
- Virginia (excluding the cities of Alexandria and Falls Church, and Arlington, Fairfax, Loudoun, and Prince Williams counties*)
- West Virginia

In general, federal building hours of operation are from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Visitors having business with specific agencies within a federal building are advised to check with that agency for its respective business hours.
