Deadline for The Charleston Gazette:      5 PM Sunday through Thursday for publication the next day.            
Deadline for the Charleston Daily Mail:    5 PM Sunday through Thursday for publication the next day.         
Deadline for the Saturday Gazette-Mail:  5 PM Friday for publication Saturday.     
Deadline for the Sunday Gazette-Mail:    4 p.m. Saturday for publication Sunday.

Private Party and Out-of-State Funeral Homes Deadlines

Deadline for The Charleston Gazette:     4 PM Sunday through Thursday for publication the next day.           
Deadline for the Charleston Daily Mail:    4 PM Sunday through Thursday for publication the next day.           
Deadline for the Saturday Gazette-Mail:  4 PM Friday for publication Saturday.

All obituaries submitted by private parties are confirmed with the funeral home listed in the obituary prior to publication
