Funding Status

FY 2011

The Department of Defense and Full-Year Continuing Appropriations Act, 2011 (P. L. 112-10), recently passed by Congress provides funding for the Department of Education for the remainder of Federal Fiscal Year 2011. That law provided no funds for the Demonstration Projects to Ensure Students With Disabilities Receive a Quality Higher Education Program; therefore, the Department will not make any new or non-competing continuation awards for this program this year. Grantees with unexpended fiscal year 2010 funds may use those funds to operate in fiscal year 2011 and can contact the program officer for technical assistance. Additional information...
