• Alternative Dispute Resolution Guide
  This Guide from Hieros Gamos provides links to a number of ADR resources on the International, Federal, State, and Local level.
• Alternative Dispute Resolution: A Resource Guide
  Created by the US Department of Personnel Management, the Guide is a seven-chapter comprehensive manual that considers the ways in which various government agencies resolve disputes. Chapter one, organized alphabetically by agency name, examines the dispute tactics used by these agencies. The second chapter looks at the alternative dispute resolution practices within these agencies. Other sections include "Shared Neutrals Program" and "Administrative Appeals Agencies." The site also features Alternative Dispute Resolutions training and assistance sources and Web sites, as well as an annotated bibliography.
• Civil Liberties Docket Archive
  Created by the Bancroft Library at the University of California at Berkeley, the Meiklejohn Civil Liberties Institute Archives contains legal briefs, transcripts, and motions in cases reported in the Civil Liberties Docket since 1955.
• Courthouse Direct
  Provides electronic document images of Deeds, Mortgages, Releases, IRS Liens, Assignments, and other county Real Property and Official Record filings via the Internet. Users can obtain documents from 110 counties nationwide and obtain addresses, telephone numbers, drive-it maps, and links to free county and statewide databases of public records nationwide.
• CourtLink - Need Lexis Password and ID
  Available through Lexis, this service enables users to retrieve dockets and court documents electronically. Dockets provided are the same as those you will find in Pacer, but there are many more search options, such as the ability to search for keywords in the full-text of a docket. Documents and dockets are included in our flat-rate contract.

• The Judgment Fund
  The Judgment Fund is available for court judgments and Justice Department compromise settlements of actual or imminent lawsuits against the Government. The Treasury Department's Judgment Fund Web site includes reports, news, history, FAQ, procedures and forms.
• Legal Dockets Online
  Legal Docket Online provides federal, state and local court case information, along with legal news and court opinions, orders and decisions arranged by state. Additional search options include US Appellate Courts, Multiple Court Searches and Miscellaneous. The Multiple Court Searches covers Federal District Court Civil Cases and Patent, Trademark and Copyright Cases, as well as Federal Contract Law Cases and others. Miscellaneous listings includes case information from the US Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and the International Court of Justice. A separate search exists for Federal and State Inmate information. Subscription is required.
• LexisOne
  This impressive free online legal resource, aimed at individual attorneys and small firms, was created by Lexis Publishing. The site is composed of three principal sections: Free Case Law, Free Forms, and Legal Internet Guide. The first contains searchable databases of full-text state and federal decisions. The second section offers over 1,400 free, up-to-date legal forms, organized alphabetically by topic. The third area of the site features a large selection of (mostly) annotated legal links, organized in a number of categories. Please note that users must first register to access the case law and legal forms.
• MoreLaw.com
  Founded by Tulsa trial lawyer Kent Morlan, MoreLaw provides free jury verdicts and settlements, an expert witness directory, and other free legal information. Jury verdicts and settlements can be searched by state, month and year, court, judge, attorney or expert witness name. Hypertext links to the e-mail addresses of attorneys and expert witnesses are provided.
• National Center for State Courts
  "Founded in 1971 by US chief justice Warren E. Burger, The National Center for State Courts (NCSC) is a nonprofit organization that promotes justice through leadership and service to the state courts." The National Center offers easy access to international, federal and state Web sites.

  Provided by the Committee for the Rule of Law, this site serves as a resource center for information relating to the issue of nonpublication of case law.

  Funded by the National Center for State Courts' National Conference on Electronic Filing and Public Access, this site serves as an information clearinghouse on the topic of public access to court records and the data privacy issues that arise as courts improve and expand their court information systems and increase electronic access to court information.

• Thomson Legal Record
  Findlaw offers this tool for finding information about an attorney's litigation record. Search by lawyer's name, or search and compare lawyers by a description of their experience. Information provided includes the lawyer's name, law firm affiliation, address, phone, fax, and practice categories. Registered users may also display the names of the first 10 relevant cases, dockets, or judges. Accessing the full-text requires logging in to your Westlaw account.
