Bondy: Unlike unstable Jets, no question about who is Giants' Mann at quarterback

Nobody troubled Tom Coughlin about whether Eli Manning or David Carr will be starting at quarterback against the New Orleans Saints. Taken out of context, it might be a reasonable question. After all, Manning ranks only 16th in the NFL quarterback ratings at 85.3 and the Giants have dropped three of their last four.
