B. Ann Bradbury has been with the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA)  since June of 1984. In her current capacity as the Acting Associate Administrator for the Office of Small Business Development Centers (OSBDC), Ann is responsible for program and policy development, implementation, delivery and oversight of this $113 million grants program that makes entrepreneurial services available to small business. 

Ann is a native of the State of Maine and a graduate of the University of Maine; she began her career with SBA in the Maine District Office where she served in several capacities before coming to Washington in 2000 to work on a special project in the Office of Capital Access.  She made the permanent move to Washington, DC in 2001 to serve as a project manager during OCA’s early modernization efforts. 

Ann was selected to serve as the Deputy Assistant Administrator in the Office of Women’s Business Ownership within the Office of Entrepreneurial Development in 2006.  After a brief stint in Vermont as Acting District Director, she returned to Washington in July of 2008 assuming the role of Senior Advisor in OSBDC.   

During her time in OSBDC, Ann has served as Senior Advisor, Supervisory Financial Analyst, and Acting Deputy Associate Administrator giving her a thorough working knowledge of all aspects of the SBDC program.
