Mr. Judd has served as Director of the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Disaster Assistance Office in Sacramento, California since 1994. The office is responsible for responding to declared disasters in Federal Regions VI – X by managing and coordinating the Office of Disaster Assistance’s field response and all field resources necessary to implement the disaster loan program.

Previously, Mr. Judd worked at SBA headquarters in Washington, DC as Deputy Associate Administrator for Disaster Assistance, Acting Assistant Administrator for Disaster Assistance, Director of the Office of Disaster Operations, and Director of the Office of Disaster Programs.

Before joining SBA in 1980, Mr. Judd worked for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, the Federal Regional Council in Philadelphia, the Office of the Governor of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the Office of the Mayor of Boston.
