Colonel Jesse Germain is a graduate of the Class of 1987 at West Point. He holds Masters Degrees in Business Administration, Education, and National Security, and a Ph.D. in Health and Human Performance. Colonel Germain’s military education includes the Command and General Staff College, the Naval Command College, and the Naval War College, as well as Airborne, Air Assault, and Northern Warfare School.

After completing doctoral work at the University of Florida in 2004, Colonel Germain returned to West Point as an Academy Professor. He currently serves as the Deputy Director of the Department of Physical Education.
