Welcome to the Official Southwestern North Dakota Combined Federal Campaign Website. Our 7 county area encompasses Billings, Burleigh, Kidder, Mercer, Morton, Stark, and Stutsman counties.

Organized in 1961 by President John F. Kennedy, the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) is the only authorized charitable fund raising campaign for Federal Civilian, Postal, and Military employees. It is conducted by the federal government under the authority of the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM). The CFC operates in more than 430 localities throughout the United States, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and in overseas military bases. It is the largest employee giving campaign in the world.


2011 Local Charity Application Information

The Southwest North Dakota Combined Federal Campaign is accepting 2011 applications February 28 – April 1, 2011.

To Apply: Local Independent Organizations Application

REQUIRED ATTACHMENTS (failure to provide any of these documents may result in a denial)

  • Attachment A – Documentation of local presence, adjacent presence, or statewide presence
  • Attachment B – IRS determination letter
  • Attachment C – Audited Financial Statements (if total revenues are $250,000 or greater)
  • Attachment D – IRS Form 990
  • Attachment E – 25-word statement
