Korean Air Flight 858

These documents concern the crash of Korean Air Flight (KAL) 858 on November 29, 1987. KAL was exploded in mid-air by a time bomb planted by North Korean Agents. All 104 passengers and 11 crewmembers were killed. Included are documents on the investigation into the crash; the arrest and trial of Ms. Kim Hyon-Hui who admitted the terrorist act; and the response by South Korea, the United States, and the International Community.
