Decisions Search
This page will allow you to search for decisions issued by the DAB Board or ALJs. ALJ and Board decisions may contain links to web pages that are now obsolete. Current versions of some of these documents can be accessed elsewhere on the DAB website or other HHS websites.
Please note that individuals excluded from Medicare and state health care programs may have been subsequently reinstated. See 42 C.F.R. 1004.130. Information concerning an individual's current status can be obtained from the Office of the Inspector General.
Search tip: Having trouble searching for a specific decision? If so, try including "DAB" or "CR" in your search. For example, use "DAB1075" for the Board decision or "CR1075" for the ALJ decision.
