Retrospective Reviews of Existing Regulations
In summer 2011, EPA released a plan for periodic retrospective reviews of existing regulations, as called for by Executive Order 13563 (3 pp, 56K, About PDF). This website provides the plan and regular updates on the progress of the 35 priority reviews described in the plan.
