The National Transportation Safety Board has issued its factual report for a mid-air collision accident involving a fixed-wing aircraft and a helicopter at Shenandoah Valley Regional Airport in Weyers Cave, Va., on December 31, 2010. The two souls aboard the fixed-wing aircraft were fatally injured. The pilot and two crewmembers aboard the medevac helicopter were uninjured.
