Version 1.1 of the Corporation for National and Community Service’s (CNCS) Open Government Plan makes substantial improvements to align the plan with the requirements of the Open Government Directive (OGD), and provides additional details. It is notable that CNCS published and updated an open government plan, despite not being required to by the President. Given CNCS’ track record of responding to our feedback and improving the plan based on other input, we expect they will address the few remaining areas of weakness in the plan in the near-term.
