Version 1.2 of the Office of Personnel Management's (OPM) Open Government Plan scored well on virtually all coordinates and judgment criteria, with the lack of a url for a collaboration website being the only sub-par criterion. Such a url is not present in he revised plan, too, with the result of leaving the score unchanged.
