Agencies listed under this section were not required by the Open Government Directive to develop open government plans, but did. You can use the agency page to link to the agency's open government page, and review their plan, and use the comments feature to of each page to let us know if you are particularly impressed by any part of an agency's plan, or if you have concrete suggestions on how the agency could improve its plan.

Evaluations for these plans will be released after the release of the evaluations of the required plans.
