Office of Enterprise Management Services
The Office of Enterprise Management Services provides strategic and tactical IT business and workforce planning, management and support of GSA's Enterprise Architecture, IT Investments and IT policy and plans. The Office develops and coordinates the agency's Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) management processes, and establishes and monitors performance goals for IT systems in conjunction with the GSA Services and Staff Offices. The Office of Enterprise Management Services also manages the agency's Records Management Program.
