Congressman Rivera on IPABs: ‘Rationing By Any Other Name is Still Just As Harmful to Seniors’

The House Budget Committee began holding hearings today on the Independent Payment Advisory Boards (IPABs) that were created by the health care legislation that was signed into law by President Obama last year. Congressman David Rivera (FL-25) is a co-sponsor of H.R. 452 the Medicare Decisions Act of 2011 which seeks to repeal the section of the health care legislation that establishes IPABs.
