The Keck Lab is a central facility currently at JILA. JILA is a multidisciplinary institute operated jointly by the University of Colorado at Boulder and the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). JILA researchers have produced innovative developments in lasers and optical science and use laser technology in fundamental research in physics and chemistry. For more information, visit the JILA homepage.
Instrumentation
The Keck Lab is home to a variety of different instruments used in metrology, imaging, microfabrication, and nanofabrication. The instruments and equipment are kept in the class 1000 clean room or in the optics lab. A description of all the instrumentation in the Keck Lab is available.
