The biennial filing deadline for licensees and other entities required to file FCC Form 323 has been extended to December 1, 2011. Please see the Media Bureau’s Extension Order for further information.

Broadcast and Newspaper Interests Spreadsheets
In order to assist filers who have large amounts of data to enter into Question 3(c) of the revised Form 323, the Commission will accept data submitted on a pre-formatted spreadsheet usable on most commonly-available spreadsheet programs (such as Microsoft Excel).
