A project wage determination for the State of Hawaii was requested from the Department of Energy (DOE) for prevailing wage rates specific to weatherization of residential structures as those structures are defined in the All Agency Memorandum 130 and 131. No wage determination could be issued for Hawaii as insufficient information was received on weatherization work as described on the SF Form 308 for the survey timeframe. Consequently, the General Wage Determination for Hawaii, HI20080001, will be applicable to the described residential weatherization construction projects and can be found www.wdol.gov.
