ANNOTATION: Those "differing attributes [of transformational and servant leadership] are analyzed in this paper to determine which model promises to be more effective in implementing organizational change management" (p. 2). In addition to an abstract, this document contains the following sections: introduction; evolution of leadership theory; contemporary leadership models; transformational and servant leadership; and conclusion. It appears that transformational leadership is best suited for a dynamic environment while servant leadership works better in a static environment.
