CONSTANTA, Romania (June 8, 2011) - Sailors attached to the Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Monterey (CG 61) and Marines from the Black Sea Rotational Force-11 (BSRF-11) enjoy a show at the Constanta Kindergarden during a community relations project (COMREL). During the COMREL Monterey Sailors and Marines from the Black Sea Rotational Force-11 (BSRF-11) gave out Project Handclasp toys and school supplies. Monterey is homeported out of Norfolk and is supporting maritime security operations and theater security cooperation effort in the U.S. 6th Fleet area of responsibility.
