Chairman Gensler on Dodd-Frank's One-Year Anniversary
(CNBC) — CFTC Chairman Gary Gensler spoke with CBNC’s Squawk Box on the one-year anniversary of the Dodd-Frank Act. The Commission, which is tasked with regulating the vast swaps market, is in the process of adopting final rules mandated by the Act.
