The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) and the Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh are co-sponsoring a series of three half-day lender roundtables focused on affordable housing lending consortiums. These roundtables for community lenders in Pennsylvania and West Virginia will review opportunities to create and invest in community loan consortiums targeted to affordable housing. CRA Reinvestment Opportunities in Low-Moderate Income Areas (Detroit, MI - October 10, 2012) 
The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation are co-sponsoring a Community Development Roundtable in Detroit, Michigan on October 10, 2012. The purpose of this forum is for bank regulators to better understand community and economic development credit needs. It will also provide an opportunity to facilitate the exploration partnership opportunities and best practices with financial institutions to meet community reinvestment needs. Community Investing: Understanding CRA and Community Development Partnerships  (McAllen, TX - October 11, 2012)
The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation are co-sponsoring a half-day session in McAllen, Texas on October 11, 2012. The event will discuss the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) and community development for financial institutions and community based organizations engaged in affordable housing, economic development, and financial access.  The session will also identify opportunities for CRA investments, loans, and services in low-and moderate-income communities in the Rio Grande Valley market through collaborations between area lenders and non-profit organizations. Interagency CRA Training for CRA Officers (Cincinnati, OH - October 23, 2012)  
The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland, and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) are co-sponsoring an Interagency CRA Training for CRA Officers on October 23, 2012 in Cincinnati, Ohio. This day-long workshop will provide up-to-date information regarding the CRA including what qualifies community development lending, services and investments; developing a CRA Plan for banks; tools for forming effective partnerships; and creating the bank's personal CRA Performance Context. Interagency CRA Performance Context Training (Atlanta, GA - October 30, 2012)
The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) are co-sponsoring Interagency CRA Performance Context Training in Atlanta, Georgia on October 30, 2012. This workshop will bring bank CRA officers together with Consumer and Community Affairs representatives from the FDIC, OCC, and Federal Reserve to discuss the purpose of, and expectations related to, a strong performance context for banks that lays the foundation for the CRA performance evaluation.
